Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Streignth LLC ("Streignth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from streignth.com (the "Site"), or when you use the Inner Empire mobile application (the "App"). Together, the Site and the App are referred to as the "Services."
GOOGLE USER DATA
This section applies specifically to information we receive through Google APIs when you connect a Google or YouTube account to the Inner Empire application.
What Google user data we access
When you choose to connect your YouTube account to Inner Empire, we request access through Google OAuth to the following scope:
- youtube.force-ssl — allows us to manage your YouTube account on your behalf, including uploading videos, editing video metadata (title, description, thumbnail, privacy status), and reading comments on your videos.
We access only your YouTube channel identifier, channel name, and the video and comment data associated with the channel you connect. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Photos, or any other Google service.
Connecting a Google account is entirely optional. The Inner Empire application is fully usable without it.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data solely to provide features you have explicitly requested inside the Inner Empire application:
- Publishing videos you create to your connected YouTube channel
- Updating titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and privacy settings on those videos
- Displaying comments on your videos inside the App so you can read and respond to them
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, credit assessment, lending, or any determination of eligibility.
We do not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than the user-facing features listed above.
Who we share Google user data with
We do not sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Infrastructure providers, strictly as necessary to operate the Services. These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes. Our providers are Supabase (database and file storage) and Expo (application build and delivery).
- When required by law, legal process, subpoena, search warrant, or a valid governmental request.
- To protect rights and safety, where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Streignth LLC, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the receiving party agrees to honor the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for human review except where we have obtained your affirmative express consent, where necessary for security purposes, or where required by law.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we protect Google user data
- All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Tokens are never exposed to client applications or transmitted to any third party.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.
- Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security enforced on a per-user basis, so that no user can access another user's data.
- We maintain logging and monitoring of access to sensitive data.
How to revoke access and delete your Google user data
You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from within the Inner Empire application. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens from our systems.
You may also revoke access directly through your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To request deletion of all data associated with your account, contact us at support@streignth.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
