Streignth LLC — Terms of Service

By accessing our website, joining any Streignth program, or purchasing any membership, subscription, or training service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.

1. General Terms

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.

Digital content (excluding payment details) may be transmitted unencrypted.

2. Subscription Billing and Renewals

2.1 Recurring Charges

By enrolling in any Streignth membership, subscription, or training program, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Recurring charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Membership subscriptions
• Training services
• Monthly supplement stacks
• Gift Card Activation plans
• Bundle Path subscriptions
• Any other recurring program offered by Streignth

No additional authorization is required for renewal payments.

2.2 Final Billing Cycle Policy

All cancellations require one full billing cycle's notice.

Regardless of when a cancellation request is submitted, the next scheduled billing cycle will still process and is non-refundable.

Access remains active through the final paid cycle.

Failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel, or non-participation does not exempt the final billing cycle.

2.3 Failed Payments

We may automatically retry failed charges.

Unresolved balances may result in temporary suspension of access.

Balances unresolved for 30 days may be sent to collections with applicable fees.

3. Streignth Evolve (1-on-1 Training)

3.1 Program Commitment

Streignth Evolve is a structured 1-on-1 coaching program.

By enrolling in Streignth Evolve, you agree to the full financial commitment of the selected program term as presented at checkout or during enrollment.

Program terms may include, but are not limited to:

• 16-week structured commitments
• 12-month structured commitments
• Paid-in-full (PIF) or installment payment options

The selected commitment term is binding regardless of participation level, results, scheduling conflicts, or usage.

Early termination does not relieve financial responsibility for the full agreed program term.

3.2 Continuation and Renewal

If enrolling in a recurring monthly payment structure, payments will continue automatically for the full duration of the selected program term.

Streignth Evolve does not automatically terminate prior to completion of the agreed commitment term.

Any continuation beyond the initial commitment term will renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing in accordance with Section 2.2 (Final Billing Cycle Policy).

3.3 No Refunds / No Proration

All Streignth Evolve payments are final.

There are no refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for:

• Missed check-ins
• Missed calls
• Lack of participation
• Change of circumstances
• Early discontinuation

By enrolling, you acknowledge that coaching access, programming, structure, and support are made available immediately upon activation.

3.4 Activation

Coaching access, app onboarding, programming, and support are activated only after the first successful payment is processed.

No coaching services are rendered prior to payment confirmation.

4. Chargebacks

You agree to contact Streignth Support before initiating any chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in a $150 dispute fee and may be pursued through arbitration or collections.

5. Settlement and Early Exit Payments

Streignth may offer a reduced settlement payment to members seeking to exit their program commitment prior to the agreed term end date.

Acceptance of a settlement offer and completion of payment constitutes full acknowledgment by the member that:

• The member is voluntarily and permanently exiting their program early
• The payment represents a negotiated reduction of the total remaining balance owed under the member's signed program agreement
• The payment is final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under any circumstances
• No further coaching, support, community access, or program deliverables are owed to the member following settlement
• The member waives all rights to dispute, chargeback, or reverse this payment with their card issuer or any third party
• This settlement constitutes full resolution of the member's financial obligation under their program agreement

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on settlement payments will be subject to a $150 dispute fee and will be pursued through binding arbitration under Section 10 of these Terms.

Wisconsin law governs all settlement agreements. Settlement payments are binding upon completion of checkout and require no additional signature.

6. Call Recording and Consent

By joining any Streignth call, you consent to audio and/or video recording.

Verbal authorization of enrollment or payment is binding.

7. Program Integrity

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Charges already processed remain due.

8. No Refund Policy

All subscription charges, training payments, supplement orders, renewals, and activation fees are non-refundable.

No refunds are issued for unused months, cancellations after renewal, or buyer's remorse.

9. Likeness Usage

By participating in Streignth programs, you grant Streignth LLC the right to use your name, image, and content created during participation for marketing and promotional purposes.

This permission is irrevocable for content created during participation.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules.

No class actions permitted.

Wisconsin law governs these Terms.
