30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (book only)
The $22 Scars to Strength book is refundable within 30 days if the program isn't for you, provided you gave it a real attempt: attend your onboarding call and log into the Inner Empire app on at least 20 of your first 30 days. Add-on items (supplement stacks, gear packages) are final sale and non-refundable. Email support@streignth.com; once eligibility is confirmed, we refund the $22 to your original payment method.
Streignth LLC: Terms of Service
By accessing our website, joining any Streignth program, or purchasing any membership, subscription, or training service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
1. General Terms
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.
Digital content (excluding payment details) may be transmitted unencrypted.
2. Subscription Billing and Renewals
2.1 Recurring Charges
By enrolling in any Streignth membership, subscription, or training program, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Recurring charges may include, but are not limited to:
Membership subscriptions
Training services
Monthly supplement stacks
Gift Card Activation plans
Bundle Path subscriptions
Any other recurring program offered by Streignth
No additional authorization is required for renewal payments.
2.2 Final Billing Cycle Policy
All cancellations require one full billing cycle's notice.
Regardless of when a cancellation request is submitted, the next scheduled billing cycle will still process and is non-refundable.
Access remains active through the final paid cycle.
Failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel, or non-participation does not exempt the final billing cycle.
2.3 Failed Payments
We may automatically retry failed charges.
Unresolved balances may result in temporary suspension of access.
Balances unresolved for 30 days may be sent to collections with applicable fees.
3. Coaching Programs (Evolve, Awaken, Build, Forge, Guard, and the Creator Path)
3.1 Program Commitment
Streignth offers structured coaching and membership programs, including:
Streignth Evolve: 4-month (16-week) 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching
Streignth Awaken: 90-day mindset and identity transformation
Streignth Build: personal brand and social media course with lifetime access
Streignth Forge: done-for-you online coaching business program for fitness coaches
Streignth Guard and Kings Guard: 12-month membership
The Creator Path: 3-month or 6-month content creator program
By enrolling in any program, you agree to the full financial commitment of the program term as presented at checkout, during enrollment, or in your signed program agreement.
Program terms may include, but are not limited to:
16-week structured commitments
90-day structured commitments
12-month structured commitments
Paid-in-full (PIF), installment, or third-party financing options
The selected commitment term is binding regardless of participation level, results, scheduling conflicts, or usage.
Early termination does not relieve financial responsibility for the full agreed program term.
3.2 Continuation and Renewal
If enrolling in a recurring monthly payment structure, payments will continue automatically for the full duration of the selected program term.
Streignth programs do not automatically terminate prior to completion of the agreed commitment term.
Any continuation beyond the initial commitment term will renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing in accordance with Section 2.2 (Final Billing Cycle Policy).
3.3 No Refunds / No Proration
All Streignth program payments are final.
There are no refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for:
Missed check-ins
Missed calls
Lack of participation
Change of circumstances
Early discontinuation
By enrolling, you acknowledge that coaching access, programming, structure, and support are made available immediately upon activation.
3.4 Activation
Coaching access, app onboarding, programming, and support are activated only after the first successful payment or financing approval is processed.
No coaching services are rendered prior to payment confirmation.
3.5 Evolve Continued Coaching Commitment
If you complete the full Streignth Evolve program term, attend your scheduled check-ins, and follow your assigned training and nutrition plan, but have not reached the goal agreed on with your coach at enrollment, Streignth will continue coaching you at no additional cost until that goal is reached.
This commitment does not apply if check-ins are missed, the plan is not followed, or payments are not current.
This is a coaching commitment, not a guarantee of specific results.
4. Chargebacks
You agree to contact Streignth Support at support@streignth.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, so we can try to resolve your concern directly.
If a dispute is filed, Streignth will provide your signed agreement, enrollment records, and service history to your card issuer or financing partner.
Balances owed after an unsuccessful dispute may be pursued through arbitration or collections under Section 10.
5. Settlement and Early Exit Payments
Streignth may offer a reduced settlement payment to members seeking to exit their program commitment prior to the agreed term end date.
Acceptance of a settlement offer and completion of payment constitutes full acknowledgment by the member that:
The member is voluntarily and permanently exiting their program early
The payment represents a negotiated reduction of the total remaining balance owed under the member's signed program agreement
The payment is final and non-refundable
No further coaching, support, community access, or program deliverables are owed to the member following settlement
This settlement constitutes full resolution of the member's financial obligation under their program agreement
Disputes related to settlement payments are handled under Section 4 (Chargebacks) and Section 10 (Dispute Resolution).
Wisconsin law governs all settlement agreements. Settlement payments are binding upon completion of checkout and require no additional signature.
6. Call Recording and Consent
By joining any Streignth call, you consent to audio and/or video recording.
Enrollment in any program is confirmed only by a signed program agreement or a completed checkout.
7. Program Integrity
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Charges already processed remain due.
8. No Refund Policy
All subscription charges, training payments, supplement orders, renewals, and activation fees are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for unused months, cancellations after renewal, or buyer's remorse.
9. Likeness Usage
By participating in Streignth programs, you grant Streignth LLC the right to use your name, image, and content created during participation for marketing and promotional purposes.
This permission is irrevocable for content created during participation.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules.
No class actions permitted.
Wisconsin law governs these Terms.

Financing is offered through third-party partners, which may include Affirm, Payva, and ClarityPay. Financing is subject to each partner's approval, terms, and disclosures, and your loan agreement is with that partner.

12. Evolve Client Transformation Contest: Official Rules
12.1 Sponsor
The Evolve Client Transformation Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Streignth LLC, 124 6th Street N, La Crosse, WI 54601 ("Streignth").
12.2 Eligibility
The Contest is open only to active Streignth Evolve clients who are legal residents of the United States, have reached the age of majority in their state, and whose program payments are current. Employees, coaches and contractors of Streignth, and their immediate household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
12.3 How It Works
Eligible Evolve clients are automatically entered for every Contest period in which they are active. Each Contest period runs from the first day of a calendar month at 12:00 AM ET through the last day of that month at 11:59 PM ET. Participation in Evolve is required to enter. The Contest is a contest of skill and effort. Winners are chosen by judging, not by chance.
12.4 Judging Criteria
Entries are judged by the Streignth coaching team using the following criteria:
- Consistency (50%): workouts, meals and check-ins logged in the Inner Empire app during the Contest period.
- Transformation (50%): progress shown in check-in photos, measurements and coach-tracked results, judged relative to each client's own starting point and goals.
Transformation is not judged on the most weight lost. Streignth will not reward unsafe practices such as extreme dieting, dehydration or overtraining, and may disqualify any entrant who uses them.
Judges' decisions are final.
12.5 Prizes
Monthly: the top 3 entrants each Contest period win:
- 1st place: Streignth supplements and apparel, approximate retail value (ARV) up to $300
- 2nd place: 2 to 3 Streignth supplements, ARV up to $180
- 3rd place: 2 to 3 Streignth supplements, ARV up to $180
Grand Prize: each calendar quarter, the single biggest transformation among that quarter's monthly winners wins approximately one and a half years of Streignth supplements, ARV approximately $2,000.
Prizes are awarded in Streignth products only. No cash, cash equivalent, refund, credit toward program fees or substitution is available, except that Streignth may substitute products of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. Winning a prize does not reduce, refund or cancel any program payment owed under these Terms.
12.6 Winner Notification and Verification
Winners are notified through the Inner Empire app or by email within 14 days after each Contest period ends. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next-ranked entrant. Streignth may verify any logs, photos or results before awarding a prize. Falsified logs, photos or results lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
12.7 Taxes
Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099.
12.8 Publicity
Consistent with Section 9 (Likeness Usage), by accepting a prize, winners agree that Streignth may use their name, image, transformation photos and story to announce winners and promote Streignth, without further compensation, where permitted by law.
12.9 Health
Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and at your own risk. Streignth makes no guarantee of specific results.
12.10 General Conditions
Streignth may modify, suspend or end the Contest, or change prizes, with notice posted in the Inner Empire app, without affecting prizes already earned. Streignth may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Contest or violates these Terms. Streignth is not responsible for technical failures that affect logging or entries. Section 10 (Dispute Resolution) applies to the Contest, and the Contest is governed by Wisconsin law.
12.11 Winners List
For a list of winners, email support@streignth.com within 60 days after a Contest period ends.
